In short
Equipment installation and repair covers the mechanical heart of your pool: pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, and automation. When a component fails or you're upgrading, The Pool Club handles the job from sizing to startup.
The Pool Club installs and repairs pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, and automation. We match the equipment to your pool's volume and plumbing so it runs efficiently. Before any swap, we confirm voltage, breaker size, and pad space. Then we set valves and connections so the new unit sees proper flow. Our work covers the full cycle: remove the old unit, position the new one, connect plumbing and electrical, prime, and test.
We check for leaks and confirm the heater or salt cell actually fires. You get a clear report of what was done and what to watch.

The Pool Club's equipment installation and repair service covers the mechanical components of your pool. We install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, and automation. The scope includes removing the old unit, positioning the new one, connecting plumbing and electrical, priming, and testing. We check for leaks and confirm the heater or salt cell actually fires.
You get a clear report of what was done and what to watch. For pricing, standard pool vacuuming is $95 per hour plus HST, portable pump vacuuming is $189 per hour plus HST, salt cell cleaning is $45 plus HST, cartridge filter deep cleaning is $125 plus HST, and solar heating startup is $50 plus HST. Additional cleaning visits are $125 per visit plus HST.

Advertised opening pricing covers standard residential inground pools up to 16 by 32 feet with a standard safety cover. Larger pools, specialty covers, and jobs needing extra labour or equipment may cost more. Customers should give their pool dimensions when requesting service.
Several factors affect the cost of equipment installation and repair. Pad space, gas or electric supply, and whether plumbing has to be rebuilt are the main ones. If the existing pad is too small or the gas line is far from the heater, the job takes longer and costs more. Rebuilding plumbing adds labour and materials.
The type of equipment also matters: a variable-speed pump costs more than a single-speed, and a heat pump costs more than a gas heater. Finally, the condition of the existing plumbing and electrical can add work. If the wiring is old or the pipes are brittle, we may need to replace them before installing the new unit.

The Pool Club follows a clear process for equipment installation and repair. First, we assess the site: pipe size, filter type, and pad layout decide what will physically fit. Then we install with proper support: unions and supports keep new weight off thin pipe. Finally, we test and verify: prime, check for leaks, and confirm the heater or salt cell actually fires.
We also confirm voltage and breaker size before swapping a motor, and set valves so a new heater sees flow. The whole job is documented with a photo inspection report so you can see what was done.

Questions
The Pool Club installs and repairs pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, and automation. We match the equipment to your pool's volume and plumbing so it runs efficiently.
Installing a bigger pump on old 1.5-inch suction is a common mistake. It can cause cavitation and damage the plumbing. We check pipe size and pool volume before recommending a pump.
A heater that ignites then shuts down usually points to low flow, a dirty filter, or a blocked heat exchanger. We check the filter and flow before condemning the heater.
Failures cluster at first cool nights and first heat-up. That's when heaters and pumps work hardest. If your equipment is old, consider a pre-season inspection.
Yes, The Pool Club offers salt cell cleaning for $45 plus HST. We also install and repair salt cells as part of our equipment installation and repair service.

Our sister company
The Pool Club comes from the team behind Stone Landscaping & Pools, rated 5.0 on Google.
Jovian and Kyle installed our pool last year in South Etobicoke. We have very tight access to the backyard and other pool companies recommend a vinyl pool because of the tight access. We knew we wanted a fiberglass pool and these guys figured it out and got it done with a beautiful Mova Pool. The whole project took no more than 2 weeks. Excellent work with both pool and interlocking. Highly recommend!
Jovian installed our pool and surrounding patio last summer. Good experience from start to end. Solid communication and support throughout the project. Money well spent! (and It looks great!) Thanks, Jovian!
Jovian, Kyle, and their team did an outstanding job transforming our outdoor space. It was a major project involving the replacement of interlock, construction of fences, a deck, pergola, and bench, as well as planting and lighting. They worked quickly and efficiently, executing every aspect with exceptional skill and professionalism. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed and confident every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the results — the craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. One of the best testaments to their work is that two of our neighbours have since hired Stone for their own backyard projects!
Thank you so much for making our front yard so inviting, and our backyard one we can now relax and enjoy. Jovian, was amazing to work with on the design, making changes as we requested them, and making suggestions where appropriate. The budget price for the project was fair, and the project came in on budget and ahead of schedule. Professional communications and reliable service. Thanks so much.
These guys are the best!!.. five stars!.. Jovian and his team are the greatest to work with.. they listened to how I envisioned the fence and they followed through… . Look no further for your outdoor desires .. they are professional, punctual, friendly and fun!..
Jovian and his team did an amazing job on our backyard patio, clearing out our small deck and replacing it with stone tiles across the width of our house. But he really outdid himself by building a stone bench around 13 feet long from the very basic description I gave him. Seats 6 people and grandkids love to run across the top.
Joe and his team came in and in one week completely transformed the look of our yard. Stone steps and armour stone as well as plantings and a new fence. We get compliments every day from neighbours and those passing by.
Jovian was one of the only contractors that explained to us the proper way of fixing our front stone steps and re-doing our flagstone with a wet lay. After hiring numerous contractors over the years, he was one of the few that I did not have to worry about making sure that the job was done properly, thus alleviating much stress that occurs during projects. He was professional, courteous and work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services and will always use Stone Landscaping for anything I need done in the future.
